At times, a lot of us lose track of what we really want, who we want to develop into as friends, partners, parents, team mates. It’s a confusing time. But what we almost always know is when something isn’t quite what it should be; when something could better. That’s where I come in.
As a life coach, my goal is to facilitate you to bridge the gaps between who you are and who you want to be. It’s to simply guide you in overcoming challenges and roadblocks, which are more than often self-imposed. Our mind is the strongest tool we have and sometimes all it takes is a little pushing, a little motivation.

ABOUT ME
Benu Malhotra is a renaissance woman and a polymath in its truest sense. She is an entrepreneur, a TedX speaker, an aesthete, a social reformer and a certified life coach. She is the managing director and CEO of Jumbo Consultants, the director of Inkpot India, a cultural organization, and a trustee at Parvaah, an NGO.
However, it wasn’t always like this.
Benu Malhotra has constantly worked on reinventing herself. From teaching Korean students English and starting her one-woman HR company in a make-shift room in her house to now heading not one but multiple enterprises and leading over 80 people, she has grown many folds. With over 20 years of experience in working in HR Management, she has an inherent knack of being able to identity the potential in people, strategize and implement effective solutions to ensure their growth.
She knows how to make people dream and hold their hands till they live it.
